Mercury Retrograde Continues

This is not a quiet week. We still have Mercury Retrograde continuing through Leo, bringing a re-evaluation in communication. self expression and relationships.

You may have noticed over the weekend, that childhood patterns are in focus, as the Sun has been challenging Chiron the wounded healer. If you have been feeling triggered lately, this is why.

Chiron and Mercury retrograde are asking you to confront and deal with the past roots of any current life negativity once and for all.

Revealing the Real Blocks to Twin Flame Union

You may have noticed old patterns, confusion, or triggers resurfacing on your Twin Flame journey since Mercury Retrograde began last week.

Leo Season Starts

As the Sun enters the bold and radiant fire sign of Leo on July 22nd, you'll start to feel more confident than in recent weeks...

However, this assertiveness could turn into conflict if you are still triggered by the past. (Or you allow others to drag you into THEIR drama, caused by old wounds).

Keep a cool head, as Pluto is pushing to un-earth and heal anything that has kept parts of you or your counterpart in shadows, hurt, wounding, fear or conflict...

Focus on releasing an healing negativity, so it doesn't drag you into lower cycles.

Powerful New Moon

The Leo New Moon hits on July 24th in the week. It's calling for you to open to joy and self-expression, but it arrives alongside energetic friction and karmic echoes from the past.

This week, the Universe is challenging you to step into your power - but only after you acknowledge where you have held back, compromised, or abandoned your inner authority.

The shift begins as the Sun moves into Leo on July 22nd, marking the start of Leo season and urging you to embody greater courage, vitality, and authentic self-expression.

Leo season carries energizing power—it asks you to celebrate what makes you unique, to play, to create, and to lead with warmth rather than fear.

Leo Season Brings Complications

It is a time for vibrant colors, daring choices, and bolder love. However, as mentioned, the Sun is swiftly met with friction as he enters Leo.

Early in the week, Mars in Virgo opposes the North Node (which means he is conjunct the South Node), and Venus squares both the Nodes.

This is all about the past and the future clashing.

The Past Or The Future?

The Nodes connect you to fate, evolution, and karmic themes—and when planets meet them, you reach a crossroads that cannot be ignored.

Keep in mind that anything that feels challenging to you now, is an opportunity to heal something that's been holding you back...

And, it's a cosmic gift that reminds you to not repeat old patterns but move into your next awakened era of living.

Your Heart Knows...

This is particularly heightened in the Twin Flame connection - self vs duality, unity vs opposition.

Hold onto the heart-felt goal of what you TRULY desire for your life and love connection, so that distractions and disruptions cannot pull you off track.

Choose to release momentary battles and irritations, so your harmonious love situation has room to show up.

Facing Crossroads 

Mars opposing the North Node brings urgency. You may feel pressured to act or overreach, especially around productivity, perfectionism, or control.

Venus squaring the Nodes reveals tension in relationships and values, highlighting how you balance connection with independence and heart with logic.

If something feels strained as the week begins, take it as a clear signal to pause and reassess. 

This is the time to shed outdated stories about who you were taught to be, so you can show up as who you truly are and want to be deep down!

Breakthroughs And Sparks of Insight

Amid the tension, brilliance strikes. Early in the week, the Sun sextiles Uranus, sparking innovation, surprise, and breakthroughs in self-awareness.

This can show up as an unexpected idea, an opportunity, or a chance to approach something in a completely different way.

Uranus pushes you to think beyond old limits, and with the Sun in Leo, the vision is personal—step into self-expression that is freer, truer, and unapologetically original.

Heat and Relationship Dynamics

Around the same time, Venus squares Mars, adding heat and potential volatility to interactions.

There is a push-pull between what you desire and what irritates you. In relationships, passions may run high, but so can frustrations.

This energy can fuel creative breakthroughs at its best and trigger confrontations at its worst.

If an ongoing conversation or dynamic feels like it is reaching a boiling point, recognize that this may be when it erupts. Do not react impulsively.

Hold your ground, let the fire pass, and then respond with clarity instead of Ego.

For Twin Flames, this is asking you to consider not just your own perspective and desires but your counterpart as well.

The Sun also trines Neptune, aligning your intuition, compassion, and dreamlike potential - it helps us act with guidance and lift higher.

However, the Leo flame does not burn without shadows. Along with the New Moon, the Sun opposes Pluto in Aquarius, confronting hidden "dark" dynamics around power, control, and self-expression.

If you feel challenged in your identity, independence, or voice, go deeper. Pluto never deals with the surface—it exposes what has been suppressed.

This opposition may highlight jealousy, secrets, ego clashes, or fears of being overlooked or dominated. Meet it with awareness.

Reflect on what you are ready to release so that a more authentic version of you can emerge.

Later in the week, Mercury retrograde in Leo squares Black Moon Lilith. This is challenging.

Lilith can trigger old karmic patterns about the wounded role of the female in the human collective.

Be mindful to not unconsciously assume roles of being mistreated or other "shadow" stories, as they are not truly yours, and will only begin to play out in your Twin Flame connection.

An old wound may surface, especially around feeling unseen, unheard, or misunderstood. Consider this a reminder to break the old cycle, rather than let it steer the direction of your relationship.

Shift Toward Clear Momentum

By the weekend, the energy begins to shift again. The Moon grows in light, moving you from the inner reset of the New Moon toward emerging external momentum.

Yet with Mercury retrograde and Pluto active, this is not the time to rush ahead blindly.

Slow down. Refine your plans. Reflect on what you must stop suppressing. Prepare yourself, but wait for the right moment to move.
