Welcome into a brand new week in the cosmic energies!
Highlights this week include:
Retrograde season intensifies, with Chiron "reversing" in a connection to Venus. Childhood wounds are triggered, calling for healing. The goal? You accepting yourself as all that you are - imperfections and differences included.
And, Mercury Retrograde crosses backward over the Sun in Leo, stirring up perspectives, identities and self expression.
Opposed by Pluto Retrograde, this is a major detox of who you have been *told* you were by the world - so your true light can shine.
For Twin Flames? This is the key to levelling up into harmony.

A Week Of Deep Preparation
I'm not going to sugarcoat it. This week is going to feel intense.
Not necessarily in outer events — but in the inner shifts you’re guided to make. If you feel a bit tired, strange, on edge... It's not you, it's the Universal flow.
We’re now in Retrograde season, a time when everything tends to slow down to be re-examined and re-processed. It means a time of introspection, purification, and karmic processing.
(Mercury, Pluto, Neptune, Saturn are all Retrograde, joined by Chiron the wounded healer on July 30th).
Healing the Heart – Mercury, Chiron and Venus
It's a time to review, reflect, and heal what you may not have realized needed healing.
Importantly, Mercury Retrograde now crosses the Sun in Leo (known as a “Cazimi”) - in reverse.
This is pushing for a review in how you’ve been expressing yourself to the world, and how you see and value yourself.
Pluto Retrograde in opposition adds considerable pressure, and tells us, this is about releasing what has been "toxic" to you.
Shadows, lies and identities that are not true to who you really are.
Pluto Shows Up The Lies You "Bought" About Yourself
With Chiron turning Retrograde in sextile to Venus, just as she enters Cancer, this is strongly focused around childhood wounds.
Not necessarily conscious experiences, but also the subtle self concept that was presented to you as "normal" or expected - in your family, or in your home town/country.
What is happening is, the Universe is working to liberate you to step into the next higher chapter of Ascension, love and ultimately Twin Flame reunion.
However, the way there may feel deep and heavy as you are asked to purge pain that you may not have realized you still held onto.
Feeling Woozy Yet?
This whole process can stir up confusion around who you really are… or who you thought you were. If you feel a bit foggy or uncertain, that’s OK.
You are MEANT to, says spirit. This is all about shifting your perspective, to open you up.
Why? We get so attached to our habitual ways of feeling and thinking about ourselves, that it can really block us. 
Alert: Triggering Is Likely
Things are being reshuffled. And with Chiron also turning retrograde this week, you might notice yourself getting triggered — seemingly out of nowhere.
It’s not because anything is going wrong. It’s because your soul is highlighting where there are still old wounds, especially around your heart and self-worth....
Old wounds are being triggered, so you will confront them once and for all, as Pluto shows us, they have (STILL) been limiting how you show up in the world and the results you get!

Sudden Realizations
It's a lot about clearing out limiting self-talk and false identities, especially ones based in powerlessness, rejection, or childhood coping.
You may suddenly see where you’ve been holding back, or trying to protect yourself emotionally — and begin to realize you don’t have to keep doing that!
One of the key themes is: Where have you been afraid to be fully yourself? Where have you closed your heart to avoid being hurt again?
New Angles, Strange Connections...
There are likely aspects and angles you haven't realized - and you are being presented with this now so you can clear, shift and rise higher.
It's a time of clearing and "upgrading" our energetic foundation — and for Twin Flames, that means facing the hidden stuff that’s been running the show.
This is a chance to dissolve old programming and unconscious shadows, to open your connection.

Retrogrades Everywhere – Slowing Down
With five planetary forces in Retrograde, you might feel like you’re swimming through tar.

The Universe is trying to say: Don’t push. Relax into the present moment. You’re meant to let things rearrange inside of you first.

Leo Season is the backdrop to all of this, and it's asking you:
Who is “king” in your life? Are you expressing the full force of the light that you are? Is your heart open and brave?
With Mercury Cazimi, you may realize you have been giving your power away... Shrinking yourself to make others comfortable... Letting someone else’s voice be louder than your own inner knowing...
Leo energy wants you to remember your divine right to shine.
We're headed into the Lion's gate next week, and as this happens with Mercury Cazimi we see that the veils of illusion are being pushed to release.
The Twin Flame Heart Bond
Here’s something simple you can do: Close your eyes and visualize you and your Twin Flame coming together with you in an embrace.
Feel what your heart does. Is it open? Do you feel warmth, expansion, light? Or does something tense up or push back?
If there’s resistance — it’s not because the love isn’t real. It’s because there’s an old wound in the way.

What’s Really Blocking Union?
Spirit keeps showing that many Twin Flames are still caught up in outer labels and ideas — like runner/chaser, bubble phase, etc.
But the truth is much simpler:
If you’re acting from your soul, it flows. If you’re acting from wounds, it gets distorted.
This week is all about catching where the distortions are coming from. Not so you can blame yourself, but so you can clear them.
Much of what’s been creating conflict or stagnation in your connection isn’t even conscious. It's karmic.
That’s why "standard" advice hasn’t worked. It doesn’t go deep enough.
Feeling Stuck? It’s a Sign to Go Within
With Mars inconjunct Chiron, there’s a push-pull between wanting to take action… and the deeper need to heal first.
You might feel like “I should be doing more” or “Why aren’t things happening yet?”
Right now: Healing IS the action. And when you focus there, everything else starts lining up.
Divine Preparation
This is a bridge week. A time to pause, go within, and alchemize to lift higher.
You’re being prepared for the Lion’s Gate— which is going to open new frequencies and timelines.
You have to be able to receive these, and therefore you're being pushed by your soul to purge now. Otherwise, you won't get the benefits that it's wanting in order to lift into a new timeline then.
Divine Preparation
And even if your Twin seems distant right now — remember, they’re feeling it too. Whether they’re aware of it or not, the soul connection is shifting.
We are facing a lot of pressure this week.
Family identities, unconscious limits and stories are up for review and release.
The Real Reason For Twin Flame Issues
The important thing to know is, THAT CONTENT is often why you have had issues, including with your twin soul. It's not who you really are!
Remember you and they are the same frequency on the soul level deep down. This surface stuff you took on in life, is what's been in the way.
There are A LOT of things on both sides coming up - from a different angle than you probably have considered.
The ideas and misunderstandings that have shadowed your true power and light, are being revealed.
(Or, where you yourself dimmed your light due to this influence).
