However, transformation is not something we do for you — it is something we do with you. Your results depend on your willingness to show up, engage with the material, and apply the practices consistently.

Refund Policy

All digital sales are final. This includes all payments and deposits for:

• Individual Tools — digital workshops, guided sessions, audio programs, reports, or other downloadable/streaming content.

• Programs — such as the Vibrational Alignment Challenge and similar multi-module courses.

• High-Touch Services — including coaching programs, masterminds, mentorships, and 1:1 sessions.

Due to the nature of digital content, energetic preparation, and limited spaces, we cannot offer refunds once access or materials have been provided.

Payment Plans

By enrolling, you:

• Receive immediate value (preparatory materials, energetic setup, Welcome Pack).

• Reserve a space held exclusively for you.

• Agree to complete any payment plan in full for your purchase.

If a payment fails, you must update your details promptly to avoid suspension of access.

Scheduling & Access

• Coaching/training dates are set in advance but may be rescheduled with at least one week’s notice.

• You are responsible for attending sessions live or accessing provided recordings.

Intellectual Property

All materials are the property of Cassady Cayne. You may not share, resell, or redistribute without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
