Highlights this week include:

– Aries season continues, in lighter terrain than recent weeks as the Sun has passed Saturn and Neptune — but you're asked to not release the lessons learned yet.

– Powerful Full Moon in Libra on April 1st can bring up regret over where you let your dreams go in favor of fitting in or because others deemed it unrealistic.

For Twin Flames? This could feel raw. Be gentle with yourself and know your counterpart's higher self is with you supporting at this time.

– Plus, Venus planet of love returns to her home sign Taurus, starting a new yearly cycle for love.

Lightening The Mood

We're still in Aries Season after a historically tense start with the Sun running straight into Neptune and Saturn in conjunction at the beginning of the sign on the Equinox...

Something we haven't seen in several centuries!

It spells out a new era starting, even if we're not fully seeing changes on the surface level yet, it's brewing in deeper aspects.

You may be happy to hear that now, the Sun has now not only moved past Saturn and Neptune, but those two notoriously intense planets' conjunction is widening.

This means, the general atmosphere will be lightening - but you may not fully notice it until after the Full Moon completes its peak on April 1st.

Aries Season - With A Twist

Aries energy is usually enthusiastic and eager to move forward "yesterday". Action is Aries' middle name.

With Saturn and Neptune in play lately? Not so much! Saturn is the planet of karma, time, restriction and responsibility - notoriously heavy and tends to highlight problems...

And Neptune deals with blurring of boundaries, fantasy, illusions, collective emotions and the oceans (and spirituality). 

Understandably, they are not exactly supportive of the Aries forward momentum and fire. However, everything is for a divine reason in the cosmic energies.

Although it's been uncomfortable for most, there is a lesson to this time. 

Boundary Blurring

As Mercury and Mars are travelling through watery, boundary blurring Pisces and we have the Full Moon coming up, it's still a time when energy healing will benefit you enormously as a Twin Flame.

The Lessons Learned?

Do not forget the lessons from recent weeks, is Saturn and Neptune's message. 

What does that mean, specifically?

A couple of key points for Twin Flames would include: You were probably shown where you are not meant to rush forward - but are being guided in some way to be discerning with your motivations, energy, effort and action. 

And, with how you approach your Masculine counterpart - aka do not take their Ego self at face value because they are displaying patterns they've absorbed from the world.

Get out a pen and paper and jot down a few things:

💎What were recurring cycles you noticed cropping up - including in your Twin Flame connection?

💎What did you notice in yourself or in life, such as old ways of responding? Old set-points for what you felt you deserved rearing their head even though you now *know* better?

💎What are some things you'd like to adjust moving forward?

This is a great time to do an inventory so you fully resolve that past karmic chapter and can move into a new stage.

(Because that's really what this historical Saturn-Neptune conjunction is all about, it's a collective karmic shift).

The planets can't force us to release old baggage, they're "saying" — so the more we work WITH this process, the more beneficial it is.

April 1st - Powerful Full Moon in Libra

Now, the Libra Full Moon on April 1st is no joke! In fact, it's one of the most intense Full Moons for the Twin Flame journey as it's all about self-vs-other.

For Twin Flames in particular, it can feel like we're torn in different directions and whether we've made mistakes or not.

It can bring up feelings of sensitivity around rejection, unworthiness and insecurity around being chosen.

Libra and Aries also deal with oppositions of themes around self vs other, fitting in vs being true to yourself, diplomacy vs self interest, action vs group alignment.

Irritation? It's The Full Moon

You could notice irritation, impatience or anger bubbling up — as this is Aries energy opposing Libra.

You may also feel that you've betrayed yourself on some level. Or that it's too late to live your soul purpose.

Please hear this now:
Spirit's STRONG message is that these are the emotions you are now being asked to release at the Full Moon.

They are not the truth. They are simply emotions you've been carrying.

Once you can process and release them, you open up and more can BECOME possible.

Please read that again and even make a reminder on your phone around it so you won't be swayed by the emotions that swell during the Full Moon this week.

You really are capable, but it could feel like the opposite at times this week.

The Trap For Twin Flames

Please don't ever think that more is not possible for you in this infinite Universe of energy in motion, is spirit's comment.

They will support and help you — and so will your Twin Flame — if you just allow it.

The tricky thing about this allowing? It's not just conscious.

Often we are unconsciously protecting ourselves, which is why going beyond the intellect is so important as a Twin Flame. (This one of the reasons why guided energy healing, like I take you through in these sessions, is so powerful)

What Emotions Are Really Telling You

For Twin Flames, this Full Moon can bring up old emotional hurts around fairness, feeling unseen, or having compromised yourself in love.

You may feel that irritation or helplessness more acutely in the connection itself.

Remember this is happening in order to bring it to the surface so it gets to be released.

Not analyzed. Not rationalized.

Released.

There Is No Substitute For Your Own Approval

With the Aries-Libra opposition, we are strongly dealing with the contrast between the individual and their authentic truth, vs the relationship and pair. 

However... And this is a big A-HA moment: For Twin Flames, this is obviously not as simple as it sounds! It's not about choosing love vs the individual.

Because we share a core soul frequency, which means when we honor our authentic truth we ARE honoring and strengthening the pair energy and our connection too.

The Twin Flame Mirror Issue

And if we don't, then we unfortunately deplete that "soul song" connection.

In other words, as a Twin Flame, your authenticity is not negotiable - it is a direct activation of your Union!

This means we have to work with a paradox in mind, aka the Twin Flame Mirror. It means, trying to fix the relationship tends to keep the relationship in need of fixing.

But aligning with inner wholeness and authenticity shifts the entire dynamic and as an end result "fixes" the relationship without us trying.

So keep an eye on this:

Are the choices you're making right now rooted in your own joy, truth, and inner alignment — or in a hope of being appreciated, chosen, or reassured by someone else?

There is no substitute for your own approval. When we seek it externally, it's often a sign we are longing for something we haven't yet given ourselves.

The invitation now is to start with you.

What Happens When Twin Flames Change Their Approach...

Focus on your soul, your passions, what makes you feel alive.

They are not distractions from love — they are the path into it.

So many Twins discover that when they stop coming from a place of struggle and instead begin thriving in their uniqueness, passions, and gifts, the connection opens up far more smoothly.

Not through force. Through resonance.

Venus Returns Home to Taurus — A New Love Cycle

When Venus the planet of love returns to her home sign Taurus, it is a new cycle for love — and it is considered a blessing in cosmic terms.

It tends to bring a sense of calm, a return to feeling more at home with ourselves. The heart centered in itself.

However, although she returns on March 30th, The Full Moon will mean we don't fully feel these benefits until until late week - especially as Venus also rules Libra.

A Time For Nature, Sensory Joys

Once the energies settle, you may notice feeling more settled and nourished. Somewhat more grounded than recently.

If you're a woman, or the Feminine energy dominant in your connection, you may also feel more aligned with yourself and more at ease with romance.

It's a great time to reconnecting with the physical world — walking in nature, tending to plants or animals, creating with your hands, anything that brings you back into your body and senses.

Venus in Taurus reminds us that love and self-love aren't abstract ideas. They are embodied, sensory, felt experiences.

Inner Harmony Creates Outer Harmony

This week's cosmic wisdom again highlights a core Twin Flame truth: inner harmony creates harmony with the other.

When you stand strong in your own truth, the Twin Flame connection responds.

Not because the other is being "made" to change, but because you are aligned with the deepest bond of love — the one that exists at the soul level.

What This Week Is Really Asking

This Full Moon doesn't ask you to be perfect. In fact, it wants you to forgive yourself and see how deserving you already are and were all along.

It asks you to be honest. To notice where you've been carrying emotions that were never the truth of who you are — and to allow them to leave now.

The planets are working with you. Your Twin Flame's soul is working with you. 

When you can release the burdens and the emotions that have lied to you about what you're allowed to receive, everything lifts higher.

You really do deserve so much good.

Pay attention for a sign from your Twin's higher self and your guides, as they work to show you how loved you are. I believe in you.
